Over 27 years ago, with the aim of bringing the personal service back into letting holiday homes, Lakeland Hideaways was created. We know all our cottages inside and out and pride ourselves in offering excellent levels of customer care and service, ensuring you have the perfect relaxing holiday. Our office in the village of Hawkshead is open every day of the week offering friendly local support and knowledge whether you are an owner, potential owner, or just a holidaymaker wanting to pop in for a quick hello!

Our office can be found opposite the Co-op and guests are welcome to call in to discuss any problems or ask us for recommendations for days out or places to eat – our team have a great local knowledge and we are sure you will find them very approachable and friendly. Key collection is usually from the office during opening times but we are flexible and we will make alternative arrangements for guests arriving late.
