Our cosy Shepherd’s Huts and Robin’s Nest await you! Come and stay, relax in the dappled shade of the oak trees and see if you can spot our local wildlife, including kingfishers, foxes, owls, and dragonflies.
Our luxury hand-built Shepherd’s Huts offers a unique glamping experience. The Shepherd’s Huts are positioned in a gorgeous Sussex parkland setting with access to a small lake and exceptional wildlife right on your doorstep. It provides a real rural retreat world, a perfect spot for immersing in nature. Our Shepherd’s Huts look traditional in style, with a veranda and lockable front door.
Included in the price of the stay you will have access to the onsite kitchen where you will find all you need to cook on the 4 ringed Gas hob or outside BBQ (bring your own Briquettes) plus a selection of china and cutlery for you to use during your stay. Each accommodation has its own private shower and toilet facilities, a short walk from your accommodation, as well as access to the communal toilet facilities. Please bring your own shower sundries and towels. Tea, Coffee and Sugar are provided in all our accommodation.

We can provide the setting for business events such as workshops, retreats, or team-building days. Our venue also makes a beautifully tranquil setting for a gathering after a wake.
Our 8 acres are edged with magnificent trees which cast dappled shady areas, creating a lovely frame for a marquee. The beautifully maintained grounds are set in the surroundings of a stunning Lake which can provide a unique backdrop for photos. We are situated in a beautiful example of the Sussex countryside, in Woodmancote, West Sussex.

Specialist marquees, specialist catering, unique live music, professional photographers and experienced team building organisers for weddings, wakes, business meetings or celebrations for birthdays or anniversaries. Our wedding and events venue could be the perfect backdrop for your event. We have a selection of vintage items for hire, from vintage china to agricultural props and vehicles, which can enhance your event’s theme.

A Sussex rural landscape idyll for your film location
Set in acres of unspoiled rural English farmland, available to hire as a film location. The landscape varies from open fields, summer wheat and barley crops, stunning views across to the South Downs, shady ponds dotted with lilies, and working farm buildings. There is a variety of wildlife around the farm Buzzards, deer, Kestrels, owls and foxes and so much more! We also have some beautifully restored vintage machinery, a variety of ploughs, unrestored tractors, and general farm accessories, all available for hire.
