Our largest property, full of character and extremely spacious, Elm Barn is the perfect choice for friends and families who want to stay together
*Due to government restrictions Elm Barn is only available for two households (or The Rule of 6) to book until further notice*
Set apart from the other cottages and adjacent to the swimming pool, Elm Barn's galleried entrance hall leads to a beamed kitchen and separate dining room. A short flight of stairs leads down to the lounge, which has a wood-burning stove and Sky TV, with movies and sports channels. The French doors open onto a private courtyard garden with brick barbecue and picnic tables. The five bedrooms are on the ground and first floors. On the first floor the galleried landing has two separate wings - one side has a king bedroom, nursery room with cot and en-suite shower room and the other side has a king bedroom (with cot) and en-suite shower room. A double, one twin and family bedroom (with a double and single bed) can be found on the ground floor along with the family bathroom and separate toilet. There is private parking to the front of the Barn and glorious views over the top field and beyond.

The ground floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom, family bedroom (double and single bed), family bathroom and separate toilet
- lounge with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with Sky (movies and sports channels) and DVD player, French doors leading to the private courtyard
- spacious dining room with hostess trolley and French doors leading to a covered patio area
- kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
- private fenced courtyard garden with tables, chairs and barbecue (charcoal not supplied)

- logs – first basket complimentary, additional baskets available for a small charge
- bed linen and towels provided (except swimming towels and cot bedding)
- two wooden cots, fitted stair gates, fire guard, toddler crockery and cutlery. A travel cot, high chair, bed guard and step stool are also available upon request
