The lounge and sleeping area, with king-size bed can be separated by a curtain for privacy and may be supplemented to sleep 4 with use of the sofa/bed.
If you want something totally different, The Gypsy caravan can be hired for an extra charge, equipped with stove and 4ft bed it is super comfy and with toilet adjacent is ‘convenient’ too.
Steeple Ashton is a well preserved medival village with a beautiful church dating back to the 16th century. Part of a group of typical Wiltshire villages there is an ample choice of pubs and restaurants, including the Longs Arms, which is an easy walk away.
Facilities include Flat Screen TV, with iPod, DVD and radio facility, free wifi, NEFF convection oven and hob, fridge and washer/dryer. Continental breakfast or traditional English breakfast will be provided for use preparation. Additional meals are on a self catering basis.
We currently only accept payments via cash or cheque and do not have an online payment system. We do not allow pets in The Studio.

Admire the beauty of our gardens; walk the White Horse Trail to see our eight white horses carved into the hillsides; or take a leisurely wander through our market towns and pick up the real flavour of country life
The Studio is ideally located for visits to some of the finest sights in Southern England. These include; within 30 miles to the East, Avesbury Rings, Marlborough, and the many antique shops of Hungerford and on the way there taking in Kennet Long Barrow, Sidbury Hill and Devizes. in the opposite direction there is the picturesque 16th Century village of Lacock, with it’s Priory, wherethe first even photograph was taken. Lacock has been the setting for many films, including ‘Pride and Prejudice’ and ‘Sense and Sensibility’. Another 12 miles to the West is the world famous Roman and Georgian city of Bath, onm the way there you will pass Bradford-on-Avon and the spectacular Avon Valley.
To the South there is even more to see at the World Heritage site of Stonehenge and it’s neighbour Woodhedge. Moving on to Salisbury, the splendors of its 13th Century cathedral and close, should not be missed. Closer to home there are many lovely walks including one to look down on the famous Wiltshire ‘White Horse’, sitting close to where King Alfred defeated the Danes and preserved the Kingdom of Wessex.
