Old Barn Property Description

This is a popular property set in an elevated position with excellent views across the valley . It provides spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation all on one level. With a well maintained sunny garden and private off road parking for two cars. Up to two well behaved pets by arrangement.

The accommodation consists of:

Sunny entrance porch with Lakeland Slate floor and window seat leading to the large living room with separate dining room, comfortably furnished with colour TV and video, telephone, radio and stereo. Open fire and French windows leading out to the sunny, south facing garden with beautiful views.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a full sized electric cooker, microwave and fridge as well as an automatic washing machine. The rear porch off the kitchen provides ample space for walking gear or mountain bikes. There is a freezer and tumble dryer.

Two large pretty bedrooms: One twin and one with a 5ft double bed with en-suite facilities (shower, toilet and washbasin).Bathroom with bath,shower, w.c. and basin.
