Vikery View & Pubkins Property Description

The detached cottages are in the grounds of the local pub, a 17th century red-stone buildings which has long since served its trade, providing excellent home-cooked food and real ale for the cosy community of Langley Marsh (take-out or home delivery service available), as featured in numerous good pub guides.

Vickery View
Set in Langley Marsh, a rural village on the edge of beautiful Exmoor, this pleasant little holiday cottage overlooks the surrounding farmland. The recently developed property is small yet cosy, and features all modern conveniences, including its own private, off-road parking area.

An ample and homely kitchen, complete with all appliances. The pleasant, comfortable lounge with its cosy wood burner is well provided with logs throughout the winter months and a spacious master bedroom, equipped with its own television.

One double and one bunk bed provide accommodation for 4 people. We regret that we are unable to accept pets.

High Season ( July, August, June Bank Holiday Week, Easter Week, Christmas and New Year Week ) @ £375/week
Mid/High Season ( May, June and September ) @ £275/week
Mid Season ( March, April and October ) @ £225/week

This detached property has the advantage of being full of character, overlooking the beautiful countryside of Exmoor, as well as boasting all modern conveniences. It also features a large private garden for you to enjoy those pleasant summer evenings, and secure off-road parking. The property is suitable for pets and children.

The cosy and relaxing lounge, featuring television and VCR, and a master bedroom, with en-suite shower facilities and cot accommodation.

The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people, with a cot also available.
