Weavers Loft Property Description

The cottage is situated in Field Head down a quiet country lane and is set on a hill overlooking the Esthwaite Valley close to Tarn Hows and surrounded by beautiful, rural scenery.

This two bedroomed property forms one end of a 17th Century working farm and is originally believed to have had a weavers gallery.

We are sure guests will enjoy the tranquility of the private garden and landscaped grounds of this lovely hideaway.

Hawkshead is just over a mile away, where there are many places to eat and drink closer at hand is the famous Drunken Duck Inn.

THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES OF

A large entrance hall with plenty of space for hanging coats and walking gear. A door to the right leads to the main accommodation.

There is a large living / dining room with traditional beams and views onto the garden. The electric stove effect fire is a cosy focal point for this room, TV and video.

The kitchen is well designed to maximize the space - electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

A single bedroom and a double both fresh and simply furnished.

The bathroom has bath with hand held shower, w.c. and basin.

The cottage has Night storage heating and convector heaters.

Outside there is a pretty private garden with garden furniture and lovely views across the rolling countryside.
