Edwardian Lodge Guest House Salisbury Property Description

The Edwardian Lodge Guest House is a family run business, with the house dating from 1902. It has been completely refurbished and beautifully decorated carefully preserving all original features.

At the back of the property is the main entrance and a large private car park, and alongside a new extension which is owner occupied. Also, there is a spacious conservatory / breakfast room giving good views of the garden.

The Edwardian Lodge Guest House is situated on the A345, about 1/2 mile north of the city centre, and market square. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre via Castle Street, or alongside the river Avon.

There are eight bedrooms, all with their own en-suite shower/toilet rooms, and all are centrally heated and double glazed.

There is a totally non-smoking policy, which we ask guests to respect.
