Holly House Bed and Breakfast is a lovely late Victorian terraced Town House close to St. Austell town centre. Decorated to a high standard and furnished with antique pine, we offer comfortable accommodation in three guest rooms.

Rooms hung with a wide selection of John''s paintings, representing 30 years of his work
Generous breakfast choice. Vegetarian speciality, full English, Continental, fruit, yoghurt etc. Home made bread.

Private parking for 3 cars. Lockable garage for cycles.
