Webton Court Farmhouse Property Description

Webton Court is a black and white Georgian Farmhouse built in the late 1750s situated in the Wye valley and 8 milesfrom Hereford city.

We are an award winning 100 acre cider growing farm. An ideal touring area for Symonds Yat, Ross-on-Wye, Hay-on-Wye, black and white villages of Herefordshire and the Black Mountain nearby.

For local tours it would be difficult to fine greater beauty than on a drive to Symonds Yat, the Forest of Dean, Chepstow and the Seven Bridge, or to the rugged Welsh mountains to see wild ponies on their natural grazing grounds. To the east the wonderful Malvern Hills can be visited on your journey to Shakesphere''s country at Stratford-on-Avon; whichever way you turn there is beauty and tranquility.

For shorter drives there are the "Olde Worlde" Herefordshire villages of Weobley, Eardisland and Pembridge with there timbered black and white cottages and the county towns of Leominster, Ledbury, Bromyard and Ross. Hay-on-Wye is world famous for its Bookshops.

Food is grown in the garden and farm, which supplies most vegetables and fruits. Home cooking is prepared daily for the hot dinner. Roasts of all meats are enjoyed. The meal consists of starters, main course, sweet, cheese and biscuits and tea or coffee. Served daily at 7pm. We are licensed to sell Wine and Spirits etc.
