The Guest House is set in half an acre of landscaped gardens, with ornamental fishpond, water lilies, fountain, leisure furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining, guests are welcome to relax in the gardens, work out in the gymnasium or seek peace and quiet in the summerhouse.

All the guest rooms have colour television, tea and coffee hospitality trays, hairdryers, alarm clock radios, central heating, ironing/trouser press, hairdryer and shoe cleaning facilities and for the comfort of the vast majority of guests, Rokeby Guest House is also a smoke free zone!

All of our rooms are maintained to a high standard with en-suite or private bath/shower rooms.

The elegant but modern Guest House accommodation also provides free 24 hour internet access, together with facilities for fax and photocopying and offers free parking for all guests, as well being only a 10 minute walk from the town.

Unlike most Guest Houses, the Rokeby is fully licenced, where guests can enjoy a drink in the conservatory which has a "galleried landing" feature which leads downstairs (via the spiral wrought iron staircase) to overlook the beautiful garden terrace.
