Upstairs there is one double room with en-suite facilities and Downstairs are one twin and one single room, sharing a shower room.

There is hot and cold water and heating in each room with tea-making facilities.

Outside there is a large conservatory and a garden in which to relax.

The downstairs accommodation is suitable for partially disabled.

Bed and Breakfast all year with weekly rates also available.

Lowestoft is 15 miles away as is Norwich, with it's University and Norwich Cathedral as well as many many more tourist attractions.

There are regular buses to the coast and Norwich if you want to leave the car behind.
