East Briscoe Self Catering Farm Cottages in Barnard Castle, award-winning Farm Cottages are set in a beautifully peaceful, south-facing position, on a 14-acre wooded riverside estate.

Set in truly beautiful North Dales countryside, East Briscoe Self Catering Farm Cottages is the perfect place to escape the city and unwind; offering a wealth of interest for naturalists, cyclists and walkers around Barnard Castle.

Guests at the Farm Cottages can enjoy nature walks around the estate, fishing on the estate and in nearby reservoirs, free-range eggs from the resident hens and seasonal food from the vegetable garden.

The Self catering cottages are owned and managed by Emma Wilson & Chris Tarpey (and daughter Grace), who live on site. We also have a larger, 4 bedroom cottage available in the nearby village of Cotherstone (right next door to the pub!) - for more details see Red Lion Cottage.
