Newlands Fell Bed and Breakfast offers luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the tranquil setting of Newlands Valley near Keswick in the Northern Lake District. Our newly renovated barn conversion property has six comfortable en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, bar area and guest parking.

Surrounded by some of the best known mountains in the Lakes, Newlands Fell Guest House has spectacular views, comfortable rooms, quality breakfasts and a warm welcome from the owners.

Step out of the door and you are struck by the natural beauty of the Northern Lakes. There are panoramic views across to Cat Bells and Maiden Moor and you're welcome to leave you car and set off on one of many adventures by foot or bike.

Newlands Valley is only ten minutes drive from the market town of Keswick and the local lake, Derwentwater.
It is an ideal location for exploring the Northern and Western Lake District and Cumbrian coastline

The night sky at Newlands Fell Guest House is stunning - on clear nights the sky abounds with with diamond glints of the most wondrous beauty. When there is a full moon, Newlands Valley and Catbells are bathed in a incandescent glow.
