The "Old Post Office" previously called 'Palmerston Place' was built in 1894, and it was the Organford Village Shop and Post Office until 1998. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Post Office and Stores was a place where villagers could buy anything from patent medicines to paraffin, black lead to long leather laces. It fulfilled this role until the 1990s, and today the Old Post Office continues as the hub of village life in its current role as a B&B. It is owned and run by the Stark family, with Pete and Nicola in charge of the accommodation.

The Guest accommodation, available all year round, comprises four en suite bedrooms (non-smoking) with TV and tea trays. A choice of full English or Continental breakfast is served in the Dining Room, and vegetarians are catered for.
