This family run Guest House offers comfortable non smoking accommodation to tourists and visitors to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, a Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Free off road parking is provided and monitored by CCTV, We regret that we have no facilities for pets.
The house dates back to the 17th century when it was built for the school master at the grammar school set up by Lady Lumley, the wonderful balcony window was put in place in 1901 and is a familiar land mark in the village.

Your hosts, Peter Brooke and Angela Marshall have taken over during the Spring 2007 and the website is due to undergo extensive redevelopment this year to reflect the change in ownership.
