Crosskeys Riverside House Bed and Breakfast in Downham Market Norfolk is a small country hotel, set in its own grounds besides the tranquil River Wissey, formerly a coaching inn and farm complex once serving the ford to the village of Hilgay, renovations have retained the original character of the diminishing Olde England.

The non smoking dining room with its oak beams and inglenook fireplace together with an a bar menu is complemented by a selective wine list. There is a rustic residents bar and a small separate lounge.

The large riverside garden offers a location to simply relax or, for the more energetic, row boating or fishing. Two rods and a row boat are available free of charge from the Bed and Breakfast.

A large river frontage is ideal for the course fishing enthusiast or even for mooring whilst you sample the hospitality of the Bed and Breakfast.
