Paignton Court is a fine Victorian villa, built in approximately 1860 as a gentleman's residence with hospitality in mind. We are noted for our array of hanging baskets and large off road car park. Situated within a short (level) walking distance of shops, beach, cinema, train and bus stations. Paignton Court is a Paignton Hotel near Beach and a Paignton Hotel with wheelchair access. It is a Bed and Breakfast near Paignton Zoo and a Dog Friendly Hotel near Paignton.

Your comfort is the priority of resident proprietors the Rose Family, who take the greatest pleasure in warmly welcoming new and returning visitors to their conveniently situated, licensed bed and breakfast Paignton, jewel of South Devon’s English Riviera.

Les, Cynth and Family took over on the 22nd September after trading in the bay for the past 8 years.

This large spacious Victorian villa consists of 15 bedrooms - 7 double, 3 family, 3 twin and 2 single, 8 of them being on the ground floor allowing easy access for all including wheelchair users.

We are very well situated in the heart of Paignton, only a 5 minute level walk away from the beach, shops, resaurants, train & bus stations. We have a large car park, with easy access, providing free off road parking for all our guests 24 hours a day.

Please note we are a non-smoking establishment for the well being & safety of our guests.
Keys are provided giving access at all times.

We have a comfortable sun lounge and South facing terrace, which provide the perfect place to relax at any time of the day.

The lounge receives a lot of sunshine and is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while reading a newspaper or on a warm evening you can enjoy the sun setting with a drink from the bar.

Our large tastefully decorated breakfast room, is a great, relaxing place to start your day.
We offer customers the choice of a light continental breakfast, or a hearty full English breakfast.

The dinning room is situated on the lower ground floor, but there is wheelchair access via an outside ramp.

ACCOMMODATING DOGS AT PAIGNTON COURT

We are pleased to welcome you and your dog to Paignton Court but there are a few things that we ask of you.

1. Please Stronghold your dog approx 4-5 days prior to your visit

2. Bring their bed, water bowl, towel etc

3. Some breeds may need to be muzzled whilst in the hotel, but all breeds must be kept on leads in the premises.

4. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the bedrooms so please
Bring a cage with you – if you do not have one – a cage can be hired from the hotel

5. Bring plenty of poo bags (nappy sacks are wonderful)

6. Food cannot be stored by the hotel so please ensure that it is OK out of a refrigerator.

7. If it is a wet day please leave a towel in the porch and wipe your dog before you enter the hotel

The above is only common sense and most responsible dog owners would understand the above.

We are fantastically placed for dogs with a dog-friendly park a short distance away and the beach, so we hope that both you and your pet will enjoy your stay

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation notice of 31 days is required prior to the check-in date. Please see further policy terms for deposit.

Late cancellation or no show charge is 100% of the total booking value.

Check-In time – Check-Out times:

Earliest time for arrival is 15:00
Latest Departure time is 10:00
Charges will apply outside of the above times

If the final payment is to be made via a debit/credit card a charge of 2% will be made. Cheques are to be received with a guarantee card at least 10 days prior to arrival

Child Policy:
Children are charged at the adult rate from 12 years of age
Children are charged at various prices depending on age and if sharing with two full paying adults
One adult and one child will result in the child paying the full adult rate.
This policy does not apply to schools, clubs etc as special terms will have been agreed

Further Policy:
A credit/debit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit/debit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking without further notice. A non-returnable booking fee of £50 per room (or the total value of the booking if less) will be charged to your card by the Paignton Court at the time of booking.
