Situated in a quiet residential area, with commanding views yet within easy walking distance of the Sea Front and town amenities. Tracy House stands in an acre of walled garden.
For those who enjoy an active holiday there are facilities close at hand for walking, swimming, sailing, tennis, bowls, golf, horse riding, fishing and surfing. Our secluded garden is the ideal place for relaxing and sunbathing and we have ample parking space in the hotel grounds.

However you choose to spend your days, we will make every effort to ensure that the most memorable aspects of your holiday with us will be the meals you will enjoy in our spacious dinning room. We serve the finest food with a choice between traditional dishes or more exotic foreign dishes. Special diets can be catered for on request. Let us tempt you with a selection of home made deserts from the sweet table, followed by a selection of cheeses and as much coffee as you wish. Our reputation is built upon the quality of our cuisine and personal service .

Each of the Seven bedrooms at Tracy House has its own character and colour scheme, and are all equipped to a very high standard. All are centrally heated and have been tastefully modernised and furnished to the high standard and comfort which we seek to provide. All bedrooms have colour television, radio/direct dial telephones and tea/coffee making facilities. All have a bathroom or shower and W.C. en suite. All rooms are on the first floor. A full fire certificate is held.

Once again, relaxation is the keynote in our comfortable and peaceful lounge with its view overlooking the garden to the picturesque and friendly little town of Ilfracombe.
The lounge is equipped with writing desks and a selection of books and magazines for your enjoyment.
As with the other public rooms, loving care has been taken to decorate and furnish the lounge in keeping with the elegance of the period in which Tracy House was built.

Noted for its warm and friendly atmosphere, our Regency Bar Lounge, open to residents only, is the ideal place to relax and meet new friends after a full days holiday making.
To complement your meal, we have a choice of fine wines from which to choose.
Our well stocked bar caters for most tastes but, should we not have your favourite 'tipple' ,have a word with the barman-he may well be able to obtain it for you.

There is ample parking in the hotel grounds.
