Longhope Guest House is a large victorian house built in the mid 19th century, standing in its own grounds on the A350, Melksham to Chippenham road.A traditional familty run guest house, offering excellent Accommodation, located in the heart of the Somerset community offering guests a warm welcome, some of the most Beautiful Countryside, England has to offer.

The centre of the market town of Melksham is a quarter of a mile away and the M4 Junction 17 is 10 miles.

Part of the residents lounge has TV, video, books and brocures on the local area.

Large Victorian house, built in the 19th Century and standing in its own ground, run by Hyatt, Longhope offers a home from home atmosphere to ensure your stay is the best.

Small pets welcome, and off road parking facitlies available for guests.

The village of Lacock is about 3 miles away featuring Lacock Abbey which was formerly a nunnery in the 13th century. Later it was the home of Fox Talbot the inventor of the negative process in photography. More recently is has been the venue for shooting in the Harry Potter film which fans may also recognise it as Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The famous White Horses carved into the hillside at Westbury and Cherhill, are close by and well worth a visit.

Many tourist attractions are within easy reach: Bath, Bradford on Avon, Corsham Court, Castle Combe, Longleat Safari Park, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Stourhead to name a few.
