Harry and Essy look forward to welcoming you to The Boat House Guest House in the Highland village of Boat of Garten. Near to the Cairngorm Mountains, and alongside the Spey River, Boat of Garten is ideally suited as a base for your stay in The Cairngorm National Park.
The Boat House is situated on the main road into the village from Aviemore and the A95, and we are found almost opposite the village shop. Off road parking is available.

The Boat House Guest House is in the Highland village of Boat of Garten, Near to the Cairngorm Mountains,The village boasts one of the finest inland golf courses in Scotland and a steam railway that links Aviemore with Broomhills station (as featured in Monarch of the Glen).
The area is a centre for walking, bird watching, cycling, skiing, mountaineering, golfing and fishing and The Whisky trail with many famous distilleries is within a short driving distance

A ten minute walk from the golf course, a couple of minutes from some beautiful forest walks and five minutes from the famous steam railway.
We are a ten minute drive to the Osprey centre, fifteen minutes from Aviemore and twenty minutes from Grantown on Spey.
We have plenty of parking within our grounds.

At The Boat House Guest House all our bedrooms are single or twin bedded rooms with en-suite, tea and coffee facilities, televisions and hairdryers. Ironing facilities can be provided. Within the building we operate a no smoking policy throughout.
Breakfast in the dining room each morning is between 7.30am and 9.30am. For your use during the day or in the evenings there is a small lounge with a library of books, TV, video, and board games.
We enjoy the company of children, and can offer family rooms upon request.
Telephone and internet connections are available should you wish to keep in touch while you are away.
Transfers can be arranged from Inverness Airport and the local Stations.
