Despite its red brick Georgian facade parts of The Globe, found in a prominent position in the centre of this small village, date back over 500 years and the antiquity of the building is reflected in the simply decorated and furnished interior. However, the unassuming character of this friendly inn is complemented by the exceptional food that is served here.

In the 5 years since landlord, Stuart Mudge, has been at The Globe, it has gained an enviable reputation for its interesting and imaginative cuisine that draws people here from all over this part of Somerset.

We have 2 lounge/bars, a courtyard, a Restaurant which can cater for any special dietry requirements (advance notice needed).

The Globe Inn Bed and Breakfast Milverton Room Information

The Globe aswell as being a great village pub has three comfortable en suite guest rooms. 2 Doubles and 1 Twin Room able to connect to form a 3rd Double. All our rooms have air filters and cleaners, so rooms always smell and look there best. Rooms also have colour TVs, Tea/Coffee making facilities and Toiletries. An Iron and hairdryer are available on request.
