Situated just off the A439, 2 miles from the Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare's Birthplace and Anne Hathaway's Cottage the area is rich with local history.

Also, at just 4 miles from junction 15 of the M40 motorway, the farmhouse is located close to Warwick Castle, NIA, Coventry and Birmingham.
