Wicks Farm Holiday Park and Camp Site West Wittering Chichester is a privately owned holiday park set in beautiful rural surroundings in West Sussex. Situated near the South Downs, only 1.5 miles away from the sandy beaches at West Wittering and the water sports facilities and natural environment of Chichester Harbour.

The parks excellent facilities have given the park 5 Star status under the independent quality grading scheme for British Holiday Parks.

We have been awarded a Gold Bellamy Conservation Award to mark our commitment to preserving the rural habitat creating a haven for wildlife.

The camp site has 40 pitches for tents and motor caravans, each with electric hook up, and is open between March and October inclusive.
We have hard standing for motor caravans, electric bollards throughout the camp field, and 5 standard pitches in an area for adults only.

The Holiday Park has 73 pitches for holiday homes. All are for holiday use by their owners and their families, no sub letting is allowed. The Park is open all year round for owners of higher specification holiday homes.

Camping for tents and motor caravans.

The camp site, set in a sheltered rural location has excellent facilities. All of the 40 pitches have electric hook up. Our modern toilet and shower block includes baby changing facilities and a laundrette. We have a new washing up area for the 2010 season.

The level grassy park is ideal for young children and we now have a newly equipped childrens play area for the 2010 season. We also have a separate ball games area for children to enjoy. The reception and shop is well stocked with food and camping accessories for all your essential needs.

The location of the park is perfect for people wishing to explore the local area on foot or by bike. The adjoining public footpaths, bridleways and Salterns Way cycle path lead to the beautiful surrounding countryside and Chichester Harbour. The Harbour has excellent facilities for watersports enthusiasts, with the public slip at Itchenor only 1.5 miles away, it is the ideal spot to launch a dinghy.
The local safe sandy beach at West Wittering has achieved European Blue Flag Status for the high standard of water quality. Its perfect for families with children to enjoy the beach safe in the knowledge that life guards are always on duty. At only 2.5 miles away it is easily accessible by bike along quiet rural lanes.

The park is ideally situated to explore the picturesque South Downs and local attractions. Historic cities such as Chichester, Portsmouth and Arundel are all close by and mix excellent shopping centres with fascinating places to visit. These include the historic ships at Portsmouth including the Victory, Warrior and Mary Rose, the castle at Arundel and the Cathedral and Roman Palace at Chichester.

Holiday Homes Park.

The holiday home park is for owner occupiers only. No letting or sub-letting is permitted.

The park has 73 pitches set in beautiful rural surroundings. The sites sheltered location provides a haven for wildlife and home owners alike. The peaceful surroundings make it an excellant place to relax away from the stresses of everyday life.

We are members of the British Holiday and Home Parks Assocation so you are assured the highest professional standards. The park boasts five star status defined as excellent under the independant quality scheme for British Holiday Parks.

The well maintained park is fully connected to all mains services. The facilities include a childrens play area, laundrette facilities and a shop selling food, spares and gas.

The modern holiday home is built to the highest possible standards. Each is fully equipped and decorated with luxury furnishings, modern kitchens and up to three bedrooms. All have a bathroom, separate eating area and efficient heating. The higher specification homes have double glazing and central heating making them comfortable through out the year for holiday use.

The parks location on the South Coast makes it an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area. Whether you just want the safe sandy beaches at Wittering, the water sports facilities of Chichester Harbour or to explore the beautiful countryside of the South Downs you could not find a more convienient position.
